I know that there were tons of request to edit the menus, I think that this one wins all!

Are you asking for the (limited) functionality of Sonar's menu editor, or just using this an example of how you would like menu editing interface to be handled?

If the latter, I can agree with you, but not if if it's the former.

Unless it's changed since I last used it (and it might have done) Sonar's menu editor only lets you basically hide or reorder commands on the right click menus.

If we're gonna have a menu editor, let's have a real one! You need to also be able to add your custom actions to any context menu you wish, also to add other commands. For example, if you find that you're often saving your project after tweaking your FX settings, you might want to add "File, Save Project" to the FX Chain main menu or context menu.

Yes! This will be even better.

the main idea is to have a menu editor, and of course that custom commands will be a big step forward.

I don't think that this will be a problem for cockos's team, just like we can make new buttons with custom commands in the toolbar.
