Move region according to ripple editing setting (Video enclosed)

The ability to move a region (including the items in the region) according to ripple editing setting. You can move items and groups of items this way shouldn't we be able to move the regions this way too?

How the behavior is now:

What I propose:

1. Ripple editing: Off...............As is now
2. Ripple editing: One track.....Double clicking and dragging region 1 also moves region 2
3. Ripple editing: All tracks......Double clicking and dragging region 1 also moves region 2
