When running ReaScript with MIDI shortcut, MIDI modes are not respected
When running ReaScript with MIDI shortcut, MIDI modes are not respected - it seems it always works in Absolute mode

How to reproduce:
  • Set one button on your MIDI controller to push mode (127 on button press and 0 on button release)

  • Take some random action, let's say "Move edit cursor forward one measure"
  • Create .py and .eel scripts with it (RPR_Main_OnCommand(40839, 0))

  • Assign native action and ReaScript wrappers to MIDI controller with mode "Relative 2"
  • Native action executes once per button press, ReaScript wrappers execute twice (once on button press and then on button release)
