Copy region with time sig changes
Drag copying a region containing time sig changes results in malformed MIDI item
Just found this one. Duplicating a region with time sig changes does something weird to the midi item...
I think it's because the marker that gets created at 4.1 isn't duplicated properly. You can see in the clip that it doesn't have the right time sig (6/4)

Just realised that the second marker (4/4) has "Allow a partial measure before this marker" set (I was experimenting :)). If I clear that, the region copy works correctly.

I got a different behavior
I can confirm that the time signature is ignored on copy if the "partial measure" box is unchecked.

Please create discussion threads for the issues you submit, I get yet another behavior ("start partial measure..." doesn't make any difference, neither in my nor in your example project) and there's obviously investigation needed about whether or not this is a bug and what exactly it is.
Thank you!
