MIDI Editor: Edit cursor inconsistency with Paste preserving position in measure
Just watch this GIF.

So, when we have a note which ends a tick before a new measure starts, the edit cursor goes one bar too much after PPPIM. This is unwanted behavior. It should just pull back one bar and behave just as when the last note of the selection is not reaching next measure line.

Simple test project attached:
1. CTRL+C the single note at the end of the first bar
2. Edit cursor should be at the proper position at the start of 2nd bar for
3. Shift+CTRL+V paste note
Expected:
Edit cursor jumps to start of 3rd bar in item
Actual:
Edit cursor jumps to start of 4th bar
