Editing 14 bit resolution MSB/LSB CC# pairs / (N)RPNs in single lane
Currently the MSB and LSB bytes are not visible in a single lane, making editing frustratingly difficult
Currently, when recording / editing certain MIDI data types that use a 14-bit resolution, namely MSB/LSB CC# pairs (CC# 0-31 for MSB + CC# 32-63 for LSB) and (N)RPNs, the user has to use multiple lanes and do the maths manually, which is highly inefficient and frustrating. REAPER should allow the user to use a single lane for editing 14-bit values, comparable to the way ReaControlMIDI is able to show MSB/LSB pairs as a single value with a range of 0 to 16383 or -8192 to 8191.
