simple as:
Selecting a pitch events, want to invert them so instead of going down, it will go up.
Invert selected events.

I want this badly.
Sibelius has several plugins that do this kind of counterpoint transformation stuff. As far as I can tell it's impossible to invert a selection on an axis in Reaper. Retrograde can be done with a workaround. Even being stuck with the axis of the first note would be so much better than rewriting everything.
"Invert" is used in a different way in Reaper. THIS is also known as mirror and imitation in contrary motion. Much used by classical composers.
