Action to toggle record arm doesn't toggle
Action "Track: Toggle record arm for selected track(s)" doesn't actually toggle the track's arms, it sets them as all as a group.
The similar "Toggle solo" and "Toggle mute" action behave as expected. Arm should behave the same way.

Have one track record armed and one not. Select both. Now run "toggle record arm for selected tracks"
Result: on both tracks record arm will be switched off and on simultaneously. (both are unarmed, both are armed)
Expected: always one of them is armed and one not, alternating.

Yes, thanks for the better description gofer.
This same "grouped" behavior is also new with the track buttons themselves. This bug probably crept in at the same time. (FWIW I dislike the behavior, I'd prefer toggle always.)
