Seperation of Time Signature Markers and Tempo Markers
Please allow the seperation of the functionality of Time Signature changes and tempo changes
I'd really like to be able to set a time signature change marker all by itself, without referencing the tempo. If I have a song that's 120bpm and switches between 4/4 and 3/4 and 7/4 for instance and have it all mapped out on a grid with 50 changes or so, then decide to up the overall tempo, I'd have to alter every time signature change, and that's pretty tedious.
I think it would be a good idea to have this functionality split into two types of markers, one for Tempo changes and one for Time Signature changes.

On a not un-related issue, TimeSig/Tempo markers seem exclusively locked to the Time timebase. The (bad bad bad) upshot of this is that when I change the master tempo map, measures are added or removed up to the next marker. NOooOOOOoo!
