OSX: ReaNinjam crash

Both on Win & OSX:
- Add ReaNinjam on a track
- Make sure its window is opened
- Remove ReaNinjam from the track
=> issue 1: The ReaNinjam window still opened (dll made resident?)

Now on OSX:
- Close that window which remained opened
- Re-Add ReaNimjam
(=> this time the window is not automatically opened)
- In the FX chain, click "Show ReaNinjam Console"
