also, +1 to a new OSC pattern like "ACTION s/action" but in the meantine, a reliable way to trigger non-native actions via OSC is just to learn them, or if you need some kind of installation, edit/merge things in <REAPER_resources_dir>\OSC\reaper-osc-actions.ini (= attach actions to OSC messages as if they were learned - this file uses string identifiers, not cmd IDs).
