Anyone else sometimes not getting the Splash screen and sometimes getting the titlebar text doubled in v4.60 release?

By doubled, I mean literally: "{title of project} - REAPER v4.60 - Registered to {name (Commercial license}) {title of project} - REAPER v4.60 - Registered to {name (Commercial license})"

EDIT: Okay, instead of displaying 'Default project' or 'untitled project' then " - REAPER v4.60 - Registered to {name (Commercial license})", it's doubling the second string (version number & license details).

EDIT 2: It's also doing it in 4.60repre1
