since 4.7* the option dialog "Align TCP contols when track icons are used"
did not work anymore!

You have to set/change these option manually in reaper.ini with
tcpalign=0 or tcpalign=1
Otherwise the option did not save to reaper.ini over the user dialog.

The same issue tcpalign=0 or tcpalign=1 is also in all Reaper V5pre versions...

And please fix the metronom pre roll/count in bug.
Otherwise the count in >1 measure sound is really horrible.

The same metronome bug is also in all Reaper V5pre versions...
