Is it a bug that I'm not able to grab a plugin in the inserted effects chain and drop it back to where it already was? If I change my mind "mid-drag" and try to drop it back where it was, it always moves one place forwards or backwards in the fx chain. Also, some kind of indicator (just a black line?) of where you're dropping the plugin might make sense.
