I don't know which is the first version bug has appeared, but in 6.05 and 6.08 it is presented.
When you open Render dialog and choose Format: Video (ffmpeg/libav encoder) with any format or video codec "Render to" bar will show path/[file]
.webm.
Actually if I render something, it will show the last chosen format, not webm always.
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Reaper 6.08 64 bit.
And option "Get width/height/framerate from current video item" also doesn't work.
