Every time I insert time or move a region tempo/time signature markers are created at the beginning of the project and the start and end of the time selection that was added or moved. The project settings tempo is the same as the BPM setting and even if I delete the tempo envelope on the master it just happens again. any way to disable this? I'm constantly having to delete these markers.

and to clarify, the project is a fixed tempo, there are no tempo changes anywhere. these new markers are created for no apparent reason.
