I think it does work.

I tried it here (v7.0pre28 in macOS Monterey Intel) with auto-grouped tracks and one item selected, then this selected item was a leader and other follower items were split according to this one. This part seems to work.

But when leading/trailing pad offsets are used (=non-zero) they are applied only to the selected items, other follower items (grouped but not selected) are split without these pads taken in account

Both cases done with "Split selected and grouped items" option.

Is it a bug? It seems so.
