I am running Xubuntu with the 4.15.0-65-lowlatency kernel which I installed in a terminal window with a sudo apt install lowlatency.
I toyed with trying the Liqornix realtime kernel but figgered I'd just be opening myself up to problems mixing and matching stuff outside the distro.
