You can't (in any easy way) use .NET (managed code / CIL code) from a native code program. (While it is supported the other way round.)

And the complete ".NET" Framework, blowing up the footprint of the program incredibly.
As seemingly a CIL/.NET -only API is provided by M$, translating the C# code to C++ is not an option.
