Default Changing Audio Device quickly

On Windows 7, I have the Audio Device set to ASIO and it is working properly. I would like to continue using this device while working in REAPER. ASIO takes exclusive control of the audio output.

Being a nOOb, I would like to watch and hear videos in a browser window while trying it out in REAPER.

Is there a way to have REAPER release the audio device when the program no longer has focus or have a custom REAPER action tied to a toolbar item to toggle the Audio Device from ASIO to Dummy Audio? Or is there an easier way to do this?
