OH MY GOODNESS, you found the key!! That's it! When I disconnect the second monitor (I have to go into displays and get it to "detect displays" again - that's very Windows-y) Reaper+POD Farm ACTUALLY WORKS!!! As soon as I hook up the second display, poof.
