Don't know if it's feasible or not. A Qt port should certainly/hopefully be possible. I am very ignorant of the win api as well as cairo, but I decided to try my best in my spare time. Sometimes ignorance can be compensated with persistence. I imagine that all you stand to lose is time, and the rewards would be a deeper understanding of the apis involved and hopefully a working Qt port.
