Cubase - because I can audition sounds from external synths right from the track's control panel (or the inspector). Features not available in Reaper.
Right now, Reaper's primary use for me is for plug ins like the MIDI Monitor or Level Meters.
I've gone back to using Cubase for sequencing work.
At work we have Logic as well, and it's OK, but just feels like "Garageband+" and is a little too gimmicky for me - plus external synth support sucks.
For ideas, we've got 100 macs about with Garageband on all of them, and that's just as easy to use to capture an idea - which I'd then flesh out in Cubase.
I still prefer PT for audio work. It works.
