REAPER 5.22 x64

- instert LiceCap GIF file on track
- playback as loop with repeat on
- start LiceCap and record to the same file
- open Video Window in REAPER

Result: GIF file getting overwritten by LiceCap

Expected: GIF file locked to prevent overwriting
