Hmmm, I just need a kind of VST or JS which has a Slider and changes the presets, so I could import that slider to LBX... !?
hej mccy, what you want is already possible
I use this functionality every day for my nebula programs which I switch via ReaControl Midi.

1. you save your desired presets of your synths as reaper-presets.
2. you insert a REaControl-Midi instance on your track before your VST-synth.
3. add an ReaControlMidi-Switch (find it in TrackParameters/others/) into the strip.
4. assign the RCM.control to the right ReaControl Midi Instance.
5.. in FX-parameter edit mode right click the RCM and and here you add the desired preset-numbers and then you can switch them via a drop-down menu.

Hope this helps.
