The review is really not that bad when taken in context. An AES member with a degree in audio(?) He says that the lessons should be left out, and then says the lessons are the best part of the book(?) He comments on how accurate it is(?).........

Thanks for this ... I would say that of course this person is of course entitled to post his views, but must agree with you that his comments are full of contradictions.
I am concerned that as an EXPERT he seems to be complaining that the book is too BASIC when it is in fact targeted at BEGINNERS!
I was wondering ... if anyone here who has the book and who has a more favorable opinion might care to post either a review of their own, or at least an honest and sincere reply to this ...
