Could Media explorer auto refresh it's current folder after a render?

The reason for this is that if I render into the folder that is currently showing in media explorer. It's not that easy to get it to show the newly created files. Even pressing F5 doesn't work straight away and sometimes you have to go up one directory and back down again to get them to show.
