Default Can we get FLAC in MKV export working?

I don't know if it is possible to use custom FFMPEG commands in the export of video somehow... or a hidden setting somewhere?

I would love to export (mono and stereo) FLAC audio in MKV for uploading to YouTube. As it stands they are going to re-encode your lossy audio again resulting in the nightmare of 2 x lossy encodes. I know PCM is an option, but that will waste a lot of time and bandwidth... FLAC would be perfect

Even Windows Media Player is about to support it!

It works everywhere I tried it, and has been quite a standard for a while.
