I am vicious with files I do not need in the project.
I never look back or save files for use in other projects.
I never save a file that does not sound good. (I try not too!)
Anything I write/perform is new then.
I have never regretted this way I go.

I have never bothered cleaning up (paranoia that I will lose something I want to keep) but I suppose I really should bit the bullet. I have a ton of drive space, so that isn`t an issue... another contributing factor to my cowardice/laziness.
