I'd appreciate if you could elaborate on what exactly "does not work as stated", maybe it can be sorted out and fixed.
Here's how to uninstall ReaPack and any traces of it:
- Optional: Uninstall any package you installed with it (browse packages > select all and right click > uninstall selection)
- Remove ReaPack's dll or dylib file from your UserPlugins folder. It will be gone the next time REAPER is started.
- Remove reapack.ini and the ReaPack directory to cleanup your resource folder
