Check out the TX16Wx User Manual

There are lots of details about slicing in there. I cannot recall if it is a Pro feature.

When sliced in the Wave Editor, drag the wave file (from the list) onto the Keyboard mapper tab (to switch to that view), then onto the first key to be used and click "Yes" in the "Layout slices" dialogue.
