It was not simple at all. A clean install of my OS did not fix it.

After much research it appears that the security settings of OSX High Sierra conflict with SOME audio units plugins but will allow the x86 versions to load, It also explains why far less plugins would load after a clean install. It is Apple's new APFS file system. Currently the only way to fix is to roll back your OS to Sierra or use this patch: http://support.two-notes.com/knowled...hp?article=318
