I'll try to give it a look later tonight. I work with it fairly deeply in this fashion all day every day so I might as well see if it is any different as far as quantum slices go between fg/bg. If its about just managing a larger number of services that are considered "in the background" from a user perspective, and how they start/stop I might already be familiar with it.
