Settings are stored in
Lokasenna_Radial Menu settings.txt, and it gets saved every time you change a tab, or when you use the Import button. At the moment you'll just have to make a copy of the file yourself and rename it for safe-keeping. Reaper doesn't give me a way to open a "Save file as..." window, but I'll see about coming up with a basic Export button.
