All ReaPack data is stored inside REAPER's resource directory: making a backup of that folder would include everything.

These can be backed up using REAPER "export configuration" feature:
  • ReaPack's configuration file (reapack.ini)
  • Package files
These files can't:
  • The list of what has been installed through reapack (ReaPack/registry.db)
  • ReaPack itself (the .dll or .dylib file)
