This is how my iLok manager looks now, but I'm still not seeing it in my FX. I do have their dlls in my VST FX folder, for both VST2 and VST3.

Have you right clicked on the Eventide line in the right window while logged into your iLok account? When I did that on my system, it gave me the option to activate the plugin to either my computer, or to put the activation on my iLok dongle.
I did both the install of the plugin and the activation on iLok at the same time, and it seems to work OK in Reaper.
