Default CC Editor

The CC editor is a JS FX not a VST.

-- Unzip it and put the file somehwere in your Reaper Effects folder (it's in C:\Program Files\REAPER\Effects\DarkStar here)

-- start Reaper,
-- create/record a MIDI Clip,
-- add the CC Editor as an FX to the track,
-- in the CC Editor, select the operation; you can:
  • change a CC number or channel,
  • set CC message data values,
  • change them by a value or a %,
  • rescale the values (from one range to another),
-- select the change value,
-- or, for Rescale only, set the input and output ranges.

Then right-click the clip, select "Apply track FX to items as new take (MIDI output)". A new take will be created with the orignal one muted. You can then right-click, select "Take" and explode the takes as you wish.
