Go to Program Files/Reaper/Plugins (or corresponding directory depending on which OS and which version of Reaper you are running) and move the existing reaper_csurf.dll to a different location or delete it altogether. Then take the newly downloaded driver and follow the instructions from the original post. It should work OK- it did for me.
