Some very nice aspects in the theme. However, (as with many other themes) your theme does not respect the VU meter colour settings. As I do not like the purple VU meters, I will unfortunately not use it. It is a pity since the rest is quite nice. Maybe you can make an update which uses the theme settings in the Reaper preferences for the colours?
