I have a project and if I'm in the piano roll or notation view and use the action to move the cursor left or right by 1 grid spacing it doesn't work. The attached GIF shows what happens. I have however created a new project and it worked fine first time so I'm not quite sure what's going on. I've also attached the Reaper project file.
In the example GIF the grid was set to 1/4 straight.
