Maybe the glasses emphasize your bone conduction? I don't know, but I know that bone conduction is part of our hearing, there are bone conduction hearing devices (

I'm just guessing, but still, it is a possibility.
Myself, I have not noticed any difference with glasses on or off, but now I'm sure I'll never be able to not think of it
