2- Customize menus/toolbars...
3- In the next window that opens, click on the 'Reset' button.
4- Select the option 'Reset all menus to defaults' click 'yes' to the question, close and reopen the REAPER.
PS: I indicate the step by step to people who used a translation other than mine. To correct places where it does not show my translation correctly.

I will try in another computer because most of all my menus and toolbaras are customized.
Anyway I don't understand what does that has to be with VKB problem ?
