If you don't even see those when you try to open a file from within DrumReaplacer, then something went wrong with your installation.
I think DrumReaplacer is hardcoded to look for sample files in the AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Data\DrumReaplacer, so you need to put all your samples there (I think).
