Which operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux) are you using?
In general, the LPK25 is plug & play and doesn't require any special drivers. But as lunker already mentioned above, it might be the case that one of these generic entries represent the LPK25. If so, make sure that this midi device entry is enabled for input. More info here:
