So far I've yet to encounter a theme that truly checks all of the boxes. But, I've been using iLogic NeXt since it came out, and when compared to any other theme I slap on, I just keep going back to it. It's the closest to ideal for me, personally. The custom settings and toolbars are really slick, too.
