Well, you could run
ProcMon.exe before starting the install then wait 30 seconds after it hangs, then find a way to zip send me the resulting file (it will be big) and I'd probably be able to take a look for clues. If it worked in an earlier build, hopefully they didn't introduce a bug. However, if it hangs during the install that gives me at least some hope.
