Some of us still do CDs (and strangely, this is working out for me much better than downloads...) and this would be of great benefit.
DDP is the only format you can guarantee that your work will be correctly represented. I've seen pressing plants rip audio cd-rs at high speed as the 'masters'. Ohhhhhhh. Please no. DDP every time.

Yes, DDP support in Reaper is a must.
But if Justin didn't agree with the DCA Inc. terms, he has reasons, and there is probably something problematic in those terms. As I personally don't find any problems there, maybe I just don't see them, so I will be thankful, if anybody warns me about possible legal problems that I may encounter.
The spec is free to use, and there are no royalties to pay to DCA. Please correct me if I am wrong. I don't want to pay big money to them, or being sued because of something that I missed.
