If it's a serial routing between all the FX, it doesn't matter how you arrange them, only 1 CPU core can be used for the processing. (Unless some of the plugins themselves do something in parallel in multiple threads.)

If there's some parallel parts in the FX routing, then it may be beneficial to spread across multiple tracks to utilize the multiple CPU cores.
