no, it just moves the tempo marker (and so, the grid line)
- but not the other markers
The idea is to make a ruff aproxmiation with Tempo Mapping 101 worklow and fine tune with the new SWS action.
This can be good for tracks with a lot of tempo signature changes.
But if you found better worklow, feel free to share :P
