Update should hopefully fix this - or the worst of it anyway.
When loading and saving it checks the faders and either reconnects any controls that might have moved (through deleting other controls), or deletes the fader assignments if it cannot locate the original control it was assigned to.
In future I'll hopefully have a more *live* check so it notices as soon as you delete controls etc. For now - hitting SAVE should reconnect any that lose touch with the original control.
I haven't had time to check beyond it doesn't seem to break everything - but I will do more thorough checks in the next few days.
